1. What do you do?
We help you improve cultural competence to lead more effectively in diverse organizations. Our core SERVICES support your efforts to manage and supervise diverse teams, engage more deeply, and avoid costly mistakes.
2. What's a white lady know about diversity and inclusion?
DEI is about race/ethnicity and many other factors. Lee draws on a lifelong cultural journey from all white, rural USA to a multi-cultural, urban one. She understands clients who feel lost, shut out, or shut down around today's high expectations. Her expertise is working across differences however they show up, to close communication gaps.
3. What makes Zena Consulting unique?

6. Are y'all Muslim?
Lee is not. She's wearing hijab (right) at a Ramadan celebration at a Redmond, WA mosque as a courtesy to the hosts. Co-trainers of our Culture & Religion workshops and presentations are practicing Muslim women.
