1. What do you do?
I help leaders and managers communicate more effectively, especially about diversity and inclusion. Race, gender, and class are lenses I often look through, but I also work across sectors, industries, and functions. See ABOUT.
2. What does a white lady know about diversity?
Diversity isn't as simple as black and white. It's a big, complex topic, and I focus mostly on the communications piece.
Race, socio-economics, and gender are fault lines that compromise organizational success and impact leadership. While my 'minority' experience is as a woman, I have the skills to talk about white privilege and systems. I also create learning spaces that are welcoming and safe for everyone.
