Improve Your Employee & Community Outreach | ZENA CONSULTING
Engage New Local Markets
Culture offers many opportunities to create business and community partnerships. But it takes an investment of time and resources to launch long-term relationships with marginalized or hard-to-reach groups. We work alongside you to assess capacity and provide training to close skill gaps.

We asked Lee to facilitate the challenging and honest discussions our business community needed to have in order to adapt and respond as a unit during these unprecedented times. She provided expert outside support that allowed sharing and development of ideas.

MALIKAH FESTIVAL / 2017 & 2016
Modest Fashion Show & Bazaar
We produced this this cross-cultural event from inception to delivery, along with community partners (Boutique Al Firdaws, Muslim Association of Puget Sound/MAPS, Goltune Magazine, and Azizah Magazine), and funding from the City of Redmond's Arts & Culture Commission and Eileen Fisher Foundation. Both festivals included a public modest fashion show for mixed gender audiences and a bazaar showcasing local women-owned small businesses. Families also enjoyed world dance and local crafts. Special thanks to all the models (including several Redmond firefighters) and other volunteers who made this event possible. Read about the Festival's local impact in interviews with Seattle Met, Real Change, at PRESS. |
