Without Lee's involvement, the Korean-American community's participation in the Shoreline Art Festival would not have been possible. She is tireless, and follows through on her commitments.

Lead Sustainable Growth
Partnering can bring new opportunities and increased capacity. This is good business 101, and funders are increasingly expecting the same of social profits.
Whether you want to work across cultures, sectors, or departments, it takes time and intention. Starting new relationships is one step, maintaining them is just as important.
I work alongside you to assess capacity, recommend resources, and provide training to close skill gaps.

Challenge
The Puget Sound corridor has the second largest Korean-American population on the West Coast, and the city of Shoreline sought to improve engagement with this community.
Solutions
We worked with the Korean-American Historical Society to fund participation in the city's popular annual arts festival.
Results
This effort led to public and fuller representation of Shoreline's Asian-American community. See more at Outreach.
