Partnering is a Learnable Skill
Partnering can bring new opportunities and increased capacity. This is good business 101, and funders are increasingly expecting the same of social profits.
Whether you want to work across cultures, sectors, or departments, it takes time and intention. Starting new relationships is one step, maintaining them is just as important. We work alongside you to assess capacity, recommend resources, and provide training to close skill gaps.

Partnership Development Results #1
Challenge
The Puget Sound corridor has the second largest Korean-American population on the West Coast, and the city of Shoreline sought to improve engagement with this community.
Solutions
We worked with the Korean-American Historical Society to fund participation in the city's popular annual arts festival.
Results
Our work in this cultural space led to new or deeper connections with the city and the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce. This, in turn, increased public and fuller representation of Shoreline's Asian-American community. See more at Outreach.
