2. What does a white lady know about diversity?
Diversity isn't as simple as black and white. Lee finds and fixes communication gaps that compromise your best leadership efforts. She talks candidly about diversity and inclusion, and other underlying factors that comreducesdcause misunderstandings, so people can work together more easily.
3. How many languages do you speak?
One- English. Lee's expertise is strategic communications, USA culture, and systems analysis. She often 'translates' ideas across sectors or functions. Much of her cross-cultural work includes communicating about nuanced differences; such as between cultural groups or generations, (assimilation versus acculturation.)

7. Are you Muslim?Lee is not. She works with everyone, including New American groups and faith-based communities. (Lee center, wearing hijab as a courtesy to Iftar dinner hosts at a Ramadan celebration in Redmond, WA). She'll help you design strategies and build skills to engage culturally traditional or gender-separated employees or clients- native born or New American.
